To our West is Lovitt 35 Industrial Park
During the last half 2021 and the first half of 2022, Lovett has converted the pasture and waterways into a major distribution warehouse project.
To our East and the other side or Old Denton Road/North Riverside Drive are apartments
Currently, Overlook Ranch is the existing initial phase of what will be apartments on the entire East side of the road from Tx-170 to Westport Parkway.
Transportation
Old Denton Road is planned to become North Riverside Drive, between TX-170 and Westport Parkway. The Master Thorough Plan has it as a 120' ROW major arterial with two lanes in each direction and a center continuous turn lane (no median)
- Currently, the North Riverside Drive project has not been scheduled for development, to our knowledge
- The new bridge over TX-170 has been completed and is operational
- The construction of the TX-170 main travel lanes and the interchange with I-35W is continuing
