This building is currently under construction. The completion of exterior windows and doors is still available for change, as well as configuration of desired second flooring to provide for tall space from the ground floor. As new construction, ground floor slab is open to provide for special plumbing needs.
A drive-thru lane has been designed, with a queue line, into the pad configuration to accommodate a window on the North side of the building.
The building is styled in a traditional rural Texas fashion, with a wrap-around porch and standing seam roof. This building will be one of the primary focus points for the 16+ acre Texas Frontier Park business center as it develops over the next few years.

The north side of the building has a drive-thru lane and space for deliveries can be made. The hall connects to a delivery door.
Second Floor
The Second Floor has access through the stairs and elevator. Parking should be done in the back or west side of the building.
