Overview
Pad 3 is for sale, build-to-suit lease or some other negotiated arrangement. It is set to be a ready-to-build commercial pad, with sanitary, water, power, and street access provided. Exact size of the pad is negotiable, before a replat of the desired space.
Storm water drainage has already been designed for the entire 16.1 acre set. The is detention/retention built into the pond facility in the common area. A small amount to drainage redirection may be required to move storm water on individual pads.
Notes
- Texas Frontier Park has private utilities, streets and other services.
- 8" sanitary and fire lines serve the pad, with necessary manhole(s) and connections provided.
- Domestic water to service building(s) will come from the main in Old Denton Road/Riverside Drive and be separately metered. Water lines can run down the north side 15' shared easement space.
- Electricity is supplied to the pad by Tri-County Electric.
- Currently, Frontier provides network communications, although we have an AT&T cell tower on the site.
